Keller, Keller, Caracuzzo, Cox and Belluccio are investigating the following and need your help:

On June 14, 2018 our client filled up his diesel engine truck at the Shell Station located at 6812 West Indiantown Rd, Jupiter.  The Shell Station is just east of I-95 on Indiantown Rd.  Unfortunately, the Shell Station’s diesel fuel storage tank had been carelessly filled with regular gasoline.  Unbeknownst to our client, he filled his diesel engine with regular gas.  As a result he experienced catastrophic engine failure.  Shell Station and its insurance company, Nationwide, are refusing to accept responsibility for their admitted negligence!!!

It is likely many other people have been impacted by Shell’s negligence, and don’t know it.    Those impacted by Shell’s negligence could be experiencing engine problems, including catastrophic engine failure, and not realize it is associated with the wrong type of fuel.

If you or someone you know purchased diesel fuel at or around June 14, 2018 at this specific Shell Station, please call Keller, Keller, Caracuzzo, Cox & Belluccio at 561 655 3133.
